Iran has come forward with an initiative to unify the national payment systems of the BRICS countries, similar to the integration of Russia's Mir and Iran's Shetab.

Yaroslav Bogdanov, founder of GDA Group, called this proposal the evidence of deepening integration between the economic systems of the BRICS countries.

"BRICS, as an example of a new model of financial integration and cooperation, demonstrates to the world new approaches in relation to foreign economic activities. Initially based on mutually beneficial relations, BRICS continues to move forward by searching for common points of development to create a favorable investment climate both within the association and in relations with countries open to fair partnerships," said Yaroslav Bogdanov.

According to the expert, the development of a crypto economy within BRICS will grow progressively. The introduction of new technologies - the launch of transnational settlements in digital currencies, among others - will present the BRICS countries with new opportunities for financial innovation.

However, Yaroslav Bogdanov believes that on the way to the formation of the economy of the future, it is paramount to remember an important point- the lack of a regulator.

"Despite the active development of new technologies, total digitalization and introduction of IT products into all spheres of human activity, the information field still remains uncontrolled. There is no global supervisory body, and the national legal regulations that countries are currently governed by do not allow them to be applied in resolving cross-national disputes. The implementation of the Digital UN project developed by GDA Group within BRICS will allow all countries participating in the economic activities of the association to feel safeguarded," said Yaroslav Bogdanov.

The formation of a sustainable financial architecture of the future, to which BRICS aspires, is impossible without a reliable legal foundation. The UN Charter, which regulates international activities today, is outdated and fails to meet modern needs.

"The launch of the Digital UN does not imply the abandonment of the international organization. It is another mechanism for regulating international relations, that takes into account modern reality, based on advanced technologies and covering human activity in the information field. The Digital UN will protect the growing BRICS economy from the risks associated with the lack of global regulation of the digital space," explained Yaroslav Bogdanov.
